「Very dated place」

「さすが四つ星だけあってスタッフ接客含めて満足。」

「The deluxe room (labeled "Penthouse") was quirky being up several stairs and was in the roof with dormer windows. It had too much furniture in it for the size. Ok for just a 1-night stay. Breakfast wasn't anything to shout about and was overpriced. Overall, we thought that the price for the room and the breakfast was too high. we didn't use the spa or the pool (maybe they merit the price for some people). The location suited our purposes, but we probably won't stay there again.」

「The food was really good, both in the evening and at breakfast. one draw back was that breakfast is served in a small restaurant which soon becomes quite crowded. The room was clean but the radiator didn't work so we had to use the noisy air con to heat the room. the issue was reported to staff, but nothing happened. The Spa facility consists of a pool with a small sauna and steam room. Which was OK to use during our stay which was for a friends birthday party.」

「Very poor start, got there to see loads of Pay to Park signs. It's at the end of a lane in the middle of nowhere and carpark is in poor condition with large potholes. Staff were friendly, room was ok, great pressure in shower but sadly breakfast was a disappointment, child portions, only one staff member (very friendly) but not able to keep things replenished. Overall, stay was ok but I wouldn't return.」

「On arrival the reception is modern and well furnished and lovely decor, the reception is small and welcoming and the young lady on reception was excellent, we even managed to check in early @ 12 as our rooms were ready…. I cannot fault the checking in process and the receptionist, I didn’t get her name…. We were shown how to get to the rooms and as soon as we went through the door that led to the rooms it was」

「快適でした。」

「Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel offers a good breakfast too. There is no charge to park at the hotel which is an advantage. The bedrooms and corridors are dated but having said that we had a very comfortable stay.」

「When I booked I didn’t realise it was a self entry hotel but the instructions provided by the manager were clear & easy to follow & I encountered no problems. My room was clean & comfortable with good amenities including a small fridge & microwave & the shower was a decent one. Overall I’d happily stay here again.」

「Overall a nice stay but the rooms needed a good clean and some simple renovation. The bed frame/fabric base was all stained, the floor was stained and the window latches all broken so the window was either wide open or shut. A couple of £1 hinges would fix it. Spiders in the shower in both rooms. The staff were great, parking easy, bar was nice. Just needs some simple tlc」

「Was a great place to stay」

「Amazing place! Hosts were amazing they couldn’t do enough for us, 100% be staying again, hopefully i am working near there in the winter so i can try out the log burner.」
