The room itself was clean, but not well maintained. No bedside light so a bit annoying. The bathroom was not clean as clean as it should have been, hair in the sink, and no plug. The shower nearly flooded as drainage wasn't that great. I didn't have breakfast or go to the bar. Considering it was the middle of a heatwave, no fans were provided.

The room was clean bed was comfortable, an extra pillow on the beds would be good, there was mould in the shower. Staff so polite and helpful, the bar area was good, and plenty of parking. I came for a night with my children to visit family, very easy to get to my dads and felt safe with my children.

I urgently needed to find a hotel, so I made the booking without reading the reviews first. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake, as this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There was no hot water at all. I left the tap running for several minutes, but couldn’t even get lukewarm water. And the bed was simply unacceptable. The mattress was absolutely terrible — you could feel the springs, and it was so unstable that it felt like it was moving in every direction. It was impossible to sleep on. In the end, I had to put a blanket on the floor and sleep there just to get some rest. On the positive side, friendly staff the room itself was very clean. However, the wall-mounted coat hook was not safe to use. It was very poorly secured and felt so loose that I was worried that hanging anything on it would cause it to come off together with part of the wall. The loud music didn’t bother me personally, but if you are someone who needs peace and quiet, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here at weekends. Also, the information everywhere states that breakfast is available for an additional fee, but when I asked about it, I was told that breakfast was not available. This was quite disappointing, as the information provided when booking was misleading. I’m sorry for leaving such a negative review, but I genuinely feel that some things need to be changed or improved.

Rooms are clean and breakfast was tasty. But there was no water kettle in the room, I needed to ask to activate the boiler to get the hot water in bathroom, and breakfast started at 10am and not 8am. Meanwhile, the staff was kindful and all in all we passed a good night.

Issue as soon as we arrived, they had only reserved one room and not two. Room was full of Damp, and Carpet was wet (had to walk around with shoes on). Loud Music until late hours. Uncomfortable bed, however pillows were lovely. Staff were friendly, however i wouldn't stay here again. Felt unsafe as solo traveller. Resturant was cloaed.

Stayed at The Minworth Lodge for two nights. Staff were lovley and very helpful you have to check in at the bar. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Bathroom was basic but good value for the price and ok for a couple of nights. Shower was great. Bathrooms could do with a repaint but the air extractor is not powerful enough to remove all the moisture. Sleep was great the bed was very comfortable. Will stay here on next visit 100% thank you!

Was disappointed on Saturday morning came down for breakfast door was locked and nobody about. We didn't stay on Saturday night as my partner was feeling unwell. Overall the hotel was clean and bed very comfortable
