Well it is the town I grew up in, and so I have a lot of memories there.






Lady on reception was excellent. Breakfast staff excellent. Lodge room was okay, water wasn't the warmest from the sink tap. Towel hanger was falling off. My room was a long way from the main hotel. No mini bar ? or even a biscuit ! I struggled to keep the room cool, radiator control didn't seem ...

Room was AWFUL. Mould everywhere, broken blinds that had tape on them to stop the gap, plug sockets hanging out the wall, coat rack hanging on for dear life, holes in the walls, shower unusable as just sprayed everywhere when turned on. Amazing place! Hosts were amazing they couldn’t do enough for us, 100% be staying again, hopefully i am working near there in the winter so i can try out the log burner.

Comfortable, very quiet, clean and spacious room. The hotel is close to the Bull Ring and New Street Station and was convenient for my stay. It felt secure as well.

Countryside and Sutton Park delightful. Shopping Centre has gone down over the last few years.
