Danish invaders first built a fortress here in 914 to protect the town of Warwick. Large room with lovely views. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. Easy access via car to University of Warwick. Difficult to access the hotel when an event is happening, due to the small country road and number of cars arriving at the same time. Some areas, especially in the leisure centre look a bit tired.
