サットン パーク周辺のホテル

「ホテルは、バーミンガム中心よりタクシーで２０－３０分程度かかりますが、18世紀に建築された外観は古きイギリスの雰囲気で最高です。周囲は庭園があり、すぐ横にゴルフ場といった緑に囲まれたホテルです。部屋も素晴らしく清潔でした。ただ、古い邸宅を改装しておりますので、エレベータなく、荷物を運ぶのには難点があります。ホテルの人に頼めば問題はないと思います。朝食は、料金に含まれたコースで予約しましたが、注文で料理してくれるので温かくおいしいものでした。フルーツ等一部はブッフェスタイルで食べられます。今回利用しませんでしたがSpaも完備しており、夫婦やカップル二人での良好には最高と思います。」

「The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query.」

「駅から本当に近く、部屋も広くてバスタブもあり、とても静かで、スタッフの方もとても親切で、部屋でお湯が湧かせるのでお茶やコーヒーも無料で飲め、言う事無しです。オールドファッションの内装が古き良き感じで良かったです。」

「The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! 」

「部屋の設備は特に不満はないですが、窓が完全には閉まらなかったのが残念です。偶然深夜に外で大きな声を発する人がいた為、その声で寝付けませんでした。朝食は英国スタイルのビュッフェで品数は多くありませんが美味しかったです。 駅にも近く、買い物や食事にも困らないので全体的には快適に過ごせました。」
