「First of all I don't think the pictures do the place justice - it's so lovely and so much space. There was 18 adults for a 2 night stay and we felt like we had plenty of space and everyone commented on how nice it was and how comfortable their stay was. The decor is lovely and fresh, the bathrooms are gorgeous, and beds comfy. Communication with hosts was great and prompt, check in easy and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!」

「Very clean rooms and tidy. Easy access to the house. Only 4 towels available, even though it sleeps 8 and says towels provided. I did ask for more and was told that was all that was available, we had to go to the shops and buy them. The garden was good to use, as there is only a 2 seater sette and 4 chairs round a table to sit on, so we had to use the outside table, chairs to eat」

「The property was a real mess and unacceptable conditions. Rooms were not accurate to the description. Some rooms had doors unsafely installed and not closing properly, the ward rob in the downstairs room just about to fall, the bathroom and toilet unbearable. Really regrettable experience in that accommodation. Not encouraging for business. 」

「The property was falsely advertised as 7 bedrooms when it was 6 bedrooms. The house was very untidy and sheets were not washed. Used toilet paper was even found in drawers. We had to clean up ourselves as soon as we got there. Even though photo evidence was submitted to Vrbo, they could not get the host to compensate for at least the false advertising. This is where I believe Vrbo was complicit. Poor customer service. NEVER USING Vrbo AGAIN. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.」

「Property was very clean and spacious. Well laid out for large families and groups. Games room/garage was perfect for entertaining kids. Great access for Snowdome and Birmingham, Cadbury’s world etc. Communication from Darran was very quick and professional. Great example property that we’d happily book again - thank you. 」
