「The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off. The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly. Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best」

「Great stay. Apart from the £5 voucher for food was not accepted for breakfast. They should write on the voucher not applicable for breakfast. I thought this was a scam by the hotel to get out of cleaning the room」

「Lovely overnight stay, great breakfast with helpful staff. Plenty of parking & a comfortable twin room.」

「We had three nights in the Spa Hotel and we had a very comfortable room on floor 3 with pleasant views out on the extensive grounds of the Hotel. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The Orangery is a pleasant place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is plenty parking. Overall an ideal place to stay in Tunbridge Wells.」

「Great stay the hotel has an excellent atmosphere. Staff weee extremely helpful and always happy to assist where they could. Food in the restaurant at night was superb as was the full emglybreakfast. Rooms are small but functional but clean and all that you need. Bed was comfortable shower was great.」

「Beautiful hotel. Really enjoyed my stay. Great location if you are visiting the museum」
