The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. "Nicely decorated. No luggage space or drawers to put your clothes though. Good Nespresso machine (including coffee pods) but a little short on pots/pans (1 each). Can be noisy at times from neighbours next door or upstairs. Good laundry facilities (including soap). Close to good cafe and supermarket. Too far away to walk for downtown Reykjavik. There is a public busstop nearby. We had lots of snow/ice so walking was difficult. Busstop to pick up for excursions was about 15-20min walk. "
