The staff were great. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is located within minutes of the majority of the places in downtown we wanted to visit so we didn’t need a car. The room size’s are small, but nice. I would recommend this place to friends if visiting the downtown area.

Loved this hotel and the wonderful staff, which includes a beautiful lab dog to greet the guests. Location is convenient to all literally,. easy access to tour shuttles and bus to / from airport. Great location for easy access to restaurants and major sites. Only one luggage rack. Major drawback is the hallways are incredibly dark and, even after you take the elevator to your floor, there are 5-6 steps you have to navigate with your luggage and there are no lights and no handrail.

What an awesome location. If you like it cool in the room this is warm. If you leave your window open at night on a weekend it sounds like your right in the party. But the hotel was awesome, lobby is wonderful and staff is super friendly. Would absolutely recommend this spot but know that it's loud on the weekend if your windows are open.
