We were unable to travel to Iceland due to passport issues. I would have liked to have some not all of our cost reimbursed. I was told no and discuss with our insurance. Very sad day and a huge loss financially. I nor my dad will ever attempt to return to Iceland

Excellent location overlooking the Harpa and harbor. Very close to center town and rainbow street. Great restaurants and shopping options nearby. The happy hour drinks were a nice perk and the rooms were small but comfortable. Shower mechanism is a bit old style but functional. FYI: directly across the street from the cruise shuttle drop off.
