"My daughter and I spent a long weekend in Paris and really enjoyed our stay. We had a warm welcome and were able to check in sooner than expected. Our bed was comfy and the room was clean. We felt very safe staying at the hotel. It is very close to metro- 2 minute walk-- which made it easy to get around. The double room was a bit snug but that is typical for hotels in Europe vs US. Only con were the pillows, pretty stiff. Would recommend changing those out. Didn't ruin our stay. Overall...

"The hotel is a quick train ride from CDG. The walkway from the train connects directly to the train station that can take you to downtown Paris. There is a good breakfast offered and the rooms are very quiet despite being inside the airport complex. "

"There for 4 days and never cleaned the room once. Last day upon checkout housekeeping finally came but before checkout and walked in without knocking to myself undressed. I was right next to the door so didn’t miss a knock. Just walked right in door open for all to see."

I did reach out to the hotel a few weeks prior to arrival to relate this information and was told that the staff will take care of us and ensure we enjoy our stay in Paris. They even relate to us that our early arrival was not an issue and they had storage for our luggage until check in time. Despite this, I was still a bit nervous.
