"It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests."

"The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and safe. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The area is fairly quiet, though we’re used to noisy Chicago. It was challenging to shower, but we managed. The location is great! It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and the train. It was easy to get around Paris from this location. The host was courteous and provided clear instructions on how to access the place. We would certainly stay here again."

"Wonderful place right in the heart of things. Spacious and all the necessities. The pics on the listing need updating: there is now a hallway between the bedrooms, and you don't have to traverse thru one to get to the other. The washer/dryer sure was nice to have. We were 2 couples, and note that it's not that private when it comes to bathrooms that have two thin windows in between them. All-in-all a terrific place with historic bones and a killer view."

"This is a good little apartment if you need to be in the center of town as I did. It is very very clean and the bathroom is newly renovated. Things to note: There were no supplies like paper towels or salt which is a small thing but would have been nice. Also, there is a bar downstairs that is very very noisy on Saturday night. If you are up all night, or out partying yourself, it should not be a problem. I was working and could have used a few more hours sleep before heading to work on Sunday."

"The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom"

"The place was lovely and convenient. We didn't find a lot to do in the immediate area, but close enough to the metro and walkable to other places. The beds were great; only one bedroom one has an en-suite toilet and the other toilet was in the hall."

"Property is fine on problems. Unique Paris apartment Neighborhood is not so good lots of men hanging around Metro station very non French area. Large police presence street drugs etc. No reflection on the property or owner. Easy access to all of Paris by Metro and trian. Watch out for pick pockets!! Got hit on twice."

"We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. We are in our 40's and we survived. lol We mainly used the apartment...

"We loved our stay at this quaint and cozy apartment. It was plenty spacious enough for my tween daughter and me. Location was fantastic. Close walk to metro station and tons of shops and restaurants. Loved the floor to ceiling window with a small balcony overlooking the street. We had two very minor issues while there, and the maintenance tech was there within 20 minutes of contacting the host company and quickly resolved. We would definitely recommend!!!"

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."
