Excellent location and a beautiful place to stay! The personal interaction with the check-in staff member was phenomenal. He even checked in with me after the first night to make sure everything was working properly and that I was happy with my stay. Highly recommend! I would return tomorrow if I could!

My family stayed here in March of 2026. It was a great experience for my family. Pros: -location is great in the middle of everything, and close to several metro stations. -the size of the apartment was nice and was perfect for my family of 4. The place has beautiful decorative accents throughout. -quiet location (we were in the Volney II unit) -separate shower / sink from the toilet is nice. There is one thing with this as the description online for the unit says 2 bath but there is only one toilet. (Toilet / sink, shower / sink, bathtub / sink*. Bathtub/sink in the main bedroom) -comfy beds -very detailed instructions on how to enter into the unit with YouTube video to show “how to” for entry. -Merveil group was very responsive to my emails whenever I had a question. -apartment was very clean Con: -no real view from the unit, partial courtyard view in the living room and the bedrooms look out at the fire escape looking area (which did have cigarette butts on it but we did not experience anyone out there smoking or smell anything in the unit) The apartment really could not have worked out better for my family of four having the pull out couch and separate bedroom gave my kids some space and helped make a great Paris trip for us.

We loved this apartment! Great distribution, beautiful decor, the beds were comfortable and very clean. The building is located in a beautiful area with high end stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. There is a small grocery store just around the corner. During the day there is a receptionist and at night security gets better with doors with codes . You actually need 4 codes to enter the apartment and that made us feel very safe. We walked to the Louvre, L’Opera, Fredric Grolet, Sephora, walked to La Madeleine for a wonderful classical music concert and felt perfectly safe even at 9 pm. Would love to stay here again.

La ubicación es muy buena! Pero si piensas ir en verano no vayas ya que no cuentan con aire acondicionado y es imposible estar en el departamento con el calor tan fuerte que hace. Nos proporcionaron ventiladores pero eran de muy mala calidad y no servían para nada.

立地は最高。施設内も綺麗。 必要なものは揃っていたが、洗濯洗剤やトイレットペーパーの替えが無いのはParisのアパートメントらしい。（他国は有る） バスタブがあったため急に寒くなった滞在中、非常に助かった。 荷物の預かりができるとの記載だったがチェックイン前は出来なかった事はマイナスポイント。
