「This unit had no air conditioning. There were fans that were covered in dust. The portable air unit was blowing hot and cold air. The number I called from the page after not receiving any check in details, had a very rude lady answer. The unit had a very foul smell.」

「We ended up staying in a different apartment Caire 1 as they emailed to say this one had no air con working so changed us. Communication was good. There was a couple of issues I had to contact them about before arrival and also on arrival as code didn’t work but they responded very quickly and the issues were resolved. Apartment was lovely , clean and comfortable and a good location for exploring Paris. Would definitely stay again if we return.」

「Nice big apartment, just one floor up a winding but not-too-narrow staircase, away from street noise and with good cross-ventilation. The bedrooms were nicely sized, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the big dining table and plenty of chairs for our family with two parents and three adult children. The bathroom setup was different than I had expected from the description: one bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with toilet, sinks and shower. The other bedrooms have en suite *bath* rooms...
