"Solid, well-priced room. This hotel earns all 3 of its stars well and is a well-located, affordable option for Paris girls trip. The one thing to know in advance is that the room is very small, so be sure you’re close with you wherever you are traveling with! Otherwise - I would recommend! Helpful staff, excellent location, and clean! "

"Location is great . I stayed here for one night as I was coming in from Newcastle to Paris for work . So I traveled all day to come into Paris and got into my room to take a shower and there was no hot water . Went downstairs and asked the staff he didn’t really care much and told me he forgot to tell me that there’s no hot water in the building ... Quite disappointed to be honest . Could have call and told me before I checked in so I could book another hotel . There was no hot water this morning either before I went to work . "

"Very noisy cleaning staff in early morning and very thin walls made it difficult to sleep. Despite “do not disturb “ on, the cleaners came into the room without knocking first on multiple occasions over 2 days. And when it came time to check out the cleaners had the only lift blocked off for their use. This is not a hotel that focuses on guests and their comfort. "

"Check in was terrible as there was no one at reception for 15 minutes, then gave me a BS excuse. The window could not close shut because the curtains were stuck behind them, so we could hear the outside noise until 5am. The lights in the hallway should be dimmed after 11 pm so people remain quiet. Bring your own air plugs and towels as they are not provided or offered. The buffer breakfast was in the entry hall and not as advertised based on the pictures."
