"Perfect location for site seeing."

"The room was spacious but it had large dust bunnies under the beds. The room was suppose to have a shower but had a large unsafe tub with a shower nozzle that sprayed water everywhere and no shower curtain. The top of the counter was pulling apart from the base and the calking was back with black mold. The little fridge didn't work.(i had to ask twice to have it fixed, then it still didn't cool very much when turn all the way up) There was no one to help with our bags. The site pictures made it look like a nice place to stay. But the Hotel was nothing like it's pictures. We chose not to eat breakfast there because of the lack of cleanliness of the Hotel. The first hostess was rude. The night clerk did a wonderful job at setting up a trust worthy ride to the Airport."

"This was a convenient location to many tourist attraction within walking distance. The morning breakfast is a must and it helps keep your food costs down due to the fact that it has a variety of items they provide. I will be staying at this hotel again when I visit France in the near future. Nassim was very helpful at giving direction to the attractions we needed to see. The lady at the breakfast was always welcoming and greeted us warmly. The rooms were clean and I loved that it was wood flooring and not carpeting. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The elevator did have its moments but overall the staff handled it promptly."

"We had a love!y stay. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located near the Lounge and the river. The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was some mess on our floor and we had to take a makeshift elevator up a floor in order to get the e!evator that went to the lobby. Inconvenient but certainly doable. Also, know that if breakfast isn't included with the room it will cost 30 euros per person. All that said, we would certainly recommend the Normandy."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Louvre Museum, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of options. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
