Staff seemed uninterested in helping and basic requests took a very long time to be addressed. The room itself looked worn out and not properly maintained, and cleanliness was questionable. For a place that advertises itself as high quality, the overall experience felt careless and poorly managed. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay really did not meet even basic expectations. There are far better options in the area and I would definitely not stay here again."

"The single room is really small. It’s basically a walk-in closet with a bathroom with very little space to move about.
