"Lovely hotel in a great location. Ten minute walk from Chatelet Les Halles for getting to and from the airport. Easy walk to Le Marais. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were all really kind. "Hotels.com has to do a better job vetting the properties they allow to be used. This property is old, it does not look as nice in person as the pictures shown. The room was equal to a 50 year old super8. Shower grout black, light in bathroom didn’t work, only warm water for one shower cold for the second and very much in an under cleaned under kept state. Sent a message to the “Hotel” through the app and had no response. I would not recommend nor would I return to this “Hotel”. Staff were very disinterested in our concerns. Also did not clean the room, not because we didn’t want it cleaned but because we took the key. They didn’t mention this in checkin or any other time until we approached them. Big thumbs down. The area was awesome, that’s their saving grace. "
