Property was in a great location. However, the walls are paper thin and noise carried all night- kids running in the stairs, noise from rooms next to us and tables and chairs scraping the floor. Also, one man at the reception desk was very disinterested in helping clients.

AC was there it not needed. It’s always clean even check out time they’re did cleaning in the morning before 11 so we had a chance re use towels etc before check out. Great service and employees are friendly. We felt very safe and comfortable
Bathroom is clean. As well as all other spots in the room. It’s all laminated no carpet at all which is my favourite one.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel du Turin in Paris. Our family room was spacious and comfortable — perfect for a family of four. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. The location was excellent, with plenty of cafes, shops, and attractions within walking distance, and easy access to public transport. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 4 and absolutely loved it! Fab location to see all the sights of Paris and easy for the airport too. Hotel has a good location - walking distance to an abundance of brasseries & specialty shops selling French delicacies including cheeses, pates, breads, pastries and wines. Area had a nice local vibe to it and it was also 20 min walking distance to Gare De L'Est and even closer was Montmartre area. Staff on reception were very helpful with any enquiries. Room was quite small especially the bathroom but not an issue if you are out and about sightseeing for most of the day.
