"Amazing rooms, super spacious!! Great staff, 2 mins walk distance from the tower, its amazing!!! Totally recomend and planning to comeback!! We loved it!!!"
"The Hotel Castile is conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Nahim Bidoudane at the concierge desk was a joy to work with! If you are considering staying here, pay the few extra dollars for breakfast - the buffet is amazing and the dining room and courtyard are beautiful. I give this a big thumbs up. "
"I have only and ONLY great things to say! Thorgan was the front desk who helped us entire time. Gerald was the concierge. Our entire trip was amazing thanks to the staff and hotel. It was my wife’s birthday. They gave us a compliment bottle of wine. Helped us with luggage. It felt as if our room was cleaned 3-4 times a day. Every time we left and came back our room was cleaned with fresh towel and fresh bedding. We would love to stay here again. So clean. It’s safe. GREAT area. We have been in Paris 3 times and this is our favorite time and favorite hotel. Now we know we’re only going to be staying at the Bowman. It’s also so close to everything. You could walk, train, or bus anywhere around. Can’t wait to be back. "
"Perfect stay, two mint walk from metro, you pretty much have everything at your door step… rooms are very small though but clean and new - would stay again. "
"We arrived at the hotel quite early (9:30ish am) and both the valet (Lou) and the person at the front desk (Celine) was terrific. Greeting us and going out of their way to both take our rental car to allow us to check in, and to find us a room (to freshen up) as our reserved room wasn’t available yet. Also had a drink in the restaurant before heading out and the staff were all extremely gracious and accommodating. The problem was that after we met friends for dinner and were out till late. Upon arrival back in the room to sleep we discovered that the sheet under the comforter had some older stains on it. It was too late and we were exhausted to call the front desk so I put a large bath towel over it and we went to bed. Didn’t mention it to the front desk as we had to leave early to keep up with our planned itinerary. Wanted to mention this in my comments as I’m sure the management in this fine hotel would be appalled with this and appreciate the feedback.
It’s unfortunate as everything else with our short stay was exceptional.

"I had such a nice stay! I was traveling alone, and staying here made me feel safe and comfortable. I got a single room and it was small but just right for one person. The staff was so nice and helpful. You can’t beat the location. A few blocks to the metro and a ten minute walk to see the Eiffel Tower light up at night. I will definitely stay here again! "
