The room great big clean and very comfortable… amenities great … Pool sauna and hammam … personnel always helpful and smiling… great hotel that’s why we come every year … The only thing that we miss is the lounge that doesn’t exist anymore Thank you Mamadou at the reception He is the best ❤️
The hotel is clean and well maintained our room was comfortable and loved our very large balcony overlooking Eiffle Tower. We didn't like that it was a shared balcony with the room next door. We do recommend the breakfast buffet, many selections and food was very good. We did eat at the restaurant/ bar and room service as well and were very pleased with the food. Our only complaint was there is no soundproofing from room to room. We heard every conversation even unzipping of luggage at all hours of day and night.
Love this hotel. The staff was very helpful, it’s a beautiful property with very nice rooms and decor. The location was great for our visit to see the sights and experience the beauty of Paris. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
Spa was too many people and loud kids but was beautiful . The salt room wasn’t working either . But besides that the hotel was 5 star ritz style hotel. I would definitely start here again . Loved the area .
Over all everything is very nice and clean would definitely stay there again if we travel to Paris next time. One small thing I wish they would have a fan in the restroom whenever we shower it foggy/moisture the whole room.
Room was clean and well proportioned. Quiet. Bed was comfortable and climate control was good. Breakfast was well worth price. Used bar for light meal. Service and food were good. Location was good for site seeing. Transportation easily available.
The breakfast is amazing! They had many options and the staff that helped me, Sarah & Gihan, were so welcoming, attentive, and kind. Definitely the best hospitality and the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Outstanding hotel I highly recommend. 👏👌Paola
This hotel was absolutely beautiful. I would say that that location is OK. It’s not centered to everything. The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible and it kept getting hot and cold.
But besides that the property itself is very clean and beautiful definitely a five star
Excellent, well-maintained property. For Sabbath observing Jews, the property is within 10/15 minute walking distance to the Chabab on Champs-Elysées, easy to get to/from meals. The staff is quite helpful about buzzing us into our rooms and keeping food in the Hotel fridges.
The spa is an undiscovered gem, one the best in all of Paris. Book a massage or facial if you have the time and you won’t regret it.
The only drawback to the entire experience is the state of the hot water in the shower. Sometimes the temperature will change unexpectedly and so we ended up needing to adjust the water a number of times during the shower. Most likely due to the design of the water piping that brings water to various collection points on the floor before being distributed to individual rooms.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. We had the 2 double beds room. The housekeeping did a great job during our stay - more than impressed. Sheets and towels changed everyday despite not asking for it. Helpful for the towels given we stayed for a whole week and there were 3 of us in the room. The staff all around were amazing! The hotel is very busy so we had waited around for quite sometime to get early check-in & they did not notify us when a room would become available despite saying they would. Thankfully when I went up to the front desk an hour before check-in one of the ladies was able to get us in right away. Suitcase storage is well organized. Bar staff are great! Great food recommendation by concierge to go for dinner next to the hotel at Le Splendid - food was excellent! We also went to Villa Punjab, which is not too far of a walk from there & the food was also very good there!
Also the smell of the lobby is soo nice! Wish we could buy whatever the incense sticks were they used all around the lobby lol. Anyway, can’t say enough! Regarding spa & breakfast - we didn’t have either as we were out everyday, so can’t speak to it.
The staff was very helpful with everything from the room to the taxi issues and order.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Mostly OK. Location is great. But our room was only refreshed occasionally, and maids failed to leave towels, water and coffee when they did service the room. Breakfast was disorganized and slow. Lastly, it is hard to read the room numbers and the halls are dimly lit. So it’s easy to get lost in this large hotel.
