「We walked in very excited for our trip with my family including young children late at night and the check in instructions were all incorrect we then realised there was human faeces inside the front door the smell was absolutely horrendous we were left at the entrance with children crying refusing to enter

「I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience staying at Bridge St Saint Germain. The listing photos did not accurately reflect the reality of the property at all. The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained.

「The water pressure and temperature of the shower was strong and perfect at the end of a long day of walking around the city. The owner lives next door and is ready to help with your luggage or anything issues. Our family of four rested comfortably in this apartment. We hope to return someday soon.」

「This unit had no air conditioning. There were fans that were covered in dust. The portable air unit was blowing hot and cold air. The number I called from the page after not receiving any check in details, had a very rude lady answer. The unit had a very foul smell.」
