I took my family around Europe and I’ve been traveling to Paris often and this place is a a gem! Smooth check in and check out with lots of dining option around the area. Perfect for big family like mine. I am definitely booking this place again with my next travel.

We walked in very excited for our trip with my family including young children late at night and the check in instructions were all incorrect we then realised there was human faeces inside the front door the smell was absolutely horrendous we were left at the entrance with children crying refusing to enter It was absolutely horrible experience We had to then book emergency accommodation I am still trying to get a refund as Expedia are investigating But it was awful experience I would not recommend at all I usually do not like to leave a review but this is not just unhygienic it’s a health and safety issue

The place did not look like the photos, however, it served its purpose. It’s reasonably priced and in walking distance to the local culture, train and bus stations. The train station is about a 8-10 minute walk and the food options are great in the area. There is a gym 12 minutes away called, Neoness it was really nice 15€ for a day pass but worth it if you want to workout while on vacation. There was also a main train station that was about 20 minutes away with a full 3 story mall that was really nice. The Eiffel Tower, louvre Museum and major sightseeing activities are a 40-50 minute train and bus away which wasn’t too bad.

The appartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great. Close to metro and bus stations, a bakery across the street and grocery store around the corner. There are many bars, cafes and restaurants 5 mins walk away.

Did an earthquake occur in this area? The foundation of the entire apartment seemed to have cracked and left doorframes uneven, floors slanted, and drywall splitting. The ceilings have full cracks in them. Doors wouldn’t shut. We were unsure if it was safe to stay in this apartment, nor use the balcony confidently. The entire place was rather antiseptic, lacked charm, and has steel poles holding the front door and entry way up. Great neighborhood, but genuinely, was there an earthquake here?

We really liked the location and it was at a good price point. Check-in was very easy and there was good communication regarding getting into the apartment. However, there were ants when we arrived. Also, the air conditioning was not adequate. The AC unit didn’t even cool one room and hot air came out of the back of the unit when it was on. This made the apartment even hotter. We planned to use the washing machine, but found that it didn’t smell good when we opened it. Overall, the apartment worked for our stay, but we wouldn’t return in the warmer months.

The place was just ok. You need to bring all your toiletries and detergent for washing machine. Old walls with damages, bathrooms is clean with remodeling, but it smell bad with old pipe odor.

The location is great… information regarding renovations in close proximity would have been nice to know. No a/c when asked about fans or portable a/c units it was stated they would provide and did not respond or stop in. No communication they were not coming. Temperatures in the mid 30’s, There was garbage left in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not clean. Stains on the futon and some of the linens. Over all cleanliness not the best. Would not stay again. Not quiet with the windows open to provide reprieve from the heat. Surprised by the positive comments from earlier this year.

Well I guess you have to make allowances for Paris, especially Montmartre, but this was a dingy uncomfortable flat with poor AC. Washing machine was helpful as this was the midpoint of our journey.
