Staff were very friendly. I travelled solo and the location was superb! Super center and close to everything you'll need. I got the eiffel tower view and enjoyed the view. The room and bathroom were indeed tiny but I expected that after reading other reviews and prepared myself for that. Not ideal size of room for a plus size person.
