"The reception is chaotic because it is at the TOC Hostel ŵhich is opposite the apartment. Lots of coming and going. Two different types of clientele with different needs. However, the hosts were courteous and gave water while I waited. Just be patient. It's worth it. Tony, the host was absolutely fantastic and helpful. "

"The apartment is located in a quiet area but very close to the old town. The room is small but it has everything you need. And the bed is very comfy. The staff are responsive to your questions through the app. The only one thing I don't like about the room is the air con. It is not cold enough and I feel a bit stuffy at night. Expedia has 'Netflix' in the 'Entertainment' descriptions but there was in fact no Netflix service but just the app installed in the TV. "

It took an hour and a half from the time I booked it to complete the online registration for both apartments. Then when they got there, the codes they gave us to access the keys were wrong so I had to call them up (no front desk) and try to wrangle the door open with hallway lights that were on timers to turn off every 30 seconds.
