Had an excellent stay at ICON Malabar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, and always happy to assist with any questions. The hotel was very clean and in a great location in Soho, just off Alameda Principal, so everything was within easy walking distance. Would happily stay again.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was nice and clean, and bed was very comfy, the shutters and curtains did a great job of making the room dark. We particularly loved the cold water fountain and glass water bottle in the room! Very handy in a hot country

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. There were a few things that could be improved. There were no tissues provided in the room, the water pressure was quite weak, and the bathroom layout was a little unusual. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff.

A fabulous stay at Icon Malabar, a great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and generally a nice place to be. The only downside was the lack of a secluded outdoors space to relax in, but we were happy to sit at the tables on the street outside as it really is very quiet.
