「Hotel and the people were lovely friendly helpful and very tidy hotel noisy at sometimes with the Roof garden parties which we wasn’t allowed up on the roof while the parties were there which was a shame because I thought we could go up there at any time and they did go onto 1 o’clock in the morning, which I think was a bit late Especially for the people on holiday but wanted to get to bed early so I could get up early to go and see other things, but apart from that, it’s a really lovely hotel」

「The reception staff was sufficiently kind. Not very close to but not far from the station, and easily accessible. The safety box was completely broken and not usable. The door and walls was not thick enough, and the it was a little noisy when some guests come close to the room.」

「We spent an incredible week at this hotel in September, 2025. The room 2902 on the 9th floor with a balcony was spacious and clean , the seaside/city view was lovely. There were some nice benefits of being premium guests like a free mini bar, free lounge and private rooftop pool. The hospitality team at the premium lounge Rocio, Agnes and Daniel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Love the funky design of the lobby too. The pool activities were a real fun especially with entertainment...
