「The Majestic Elegance was a beautiful resort. We were club and had a butler Osvaldy who made our trip even better then expected. Hotel was beautiful rooms comfortable, beach was beautiful. Food and drinks were good. Staff are amazing.」

「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again. 「Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. 」
