「Room, meals and property were awesome, staff were absolutely amazing and airport shuttle was really great! Only glitch was luggage pick up at the room when leaving. It was a brutal luggage trek for three of us to make our departing shuttle on time after our daughters’s family luggage pick up didn’t show up at their room! 」

「First room wasn’t cleaned from toothpaste on the mirror to white spots on the picture above the bed (headboard) and the doors keypad had wires hanging out. Second room was ok. Room Doors are hard to open and balcony doors as well I cut my finger on the because of how bad they are to open and close. Pool bar bartenders are slow and not friendly the pool bar closes way to early. Only place to get food was by the pool. Small coffee and breakfast bar in lobby but not open long enough. No restaurant...

「check in was an absolute nightmare-many people were in the same position as we were-told for several hours our room was being "cleaned" and was almost ready. 4 hours later, with kids going crazy, we finally got a room. Pool was closed early. No accomodations were made.」
