"Se explotó la llave de la bañera y se inundó el piso de agua tuve que limpiar el agua casi todo un día porque mantenimiento no llegaba. Los guardias de seguridad no podían hacer nada y la persona encargada del edificio nunca apareció lo cual gasté un día de mis vacaciones. Luego cerraron la pluma del agua y me dejaron sin agua en todo el apartamento a horas de irme ni me pude bañar. Muy inconvenient."

Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort

"We loved our time at Wyndham Rio Mar, enjoying both the adult pool and beach. The renovated room was quite nice. We would however liked to have known ahead of time that we were only going to have a cooler in the room not a refrigerator. We had bought perishables to keep in the room, but had to throw those out since it only kept our food at 45 degrees (which we were told is what it’s supposed to do). We’d love to see that information put on the website so others would know and even mentioned on the smart fridge so others won’t make the same mistake. Thanks so much for considering!"

The breathtaking ocean views, beautiful grounds, outstanding amenities, and warm hospitality created an unforgettable experience. Every detail reflected excellence, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and family fun. A special note of appreciation goes to Ms. Yajaira, who welcomed guests at Coquí Water Park. From the moment we arrived, her genuine kindness, professionalism, and warm smile made us feel valued and appreciated. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a wonderful experience, and her outstanding customer service truly represents the spirit of El Conquistador Resort. Thank you to the entire team for creating such lasting memories. We look forward to returning soon and highly recommend El Conquistador Resort to anyone seeking an exceptional vacation in Puerto Rico."

"I had an enjoyable stay at the Calizo Guest House and would definitely stay there again. Considering the cleanliness, excellent A/C, location, walkable distance to the beach, and helpful host, I give this boutique hotel a solid 4.5 out of 5. It was better than some resorts I have stayed at before. The pool was great and the landscaping was eye-catching. I only take off a half a point because in being a boutique hotel, there are not as many amenities as a resort (although it had exactly what we were looking for) and because paying the security deposit over phone rather than via a more direct method was something to which I was not accustomed. But I can assure others who are considering this location that it is a legitimate business and my stay was quite comfortable."

"The hotel is as clean as it could get being that it’s near the ocean and in Vieques. The room was charming with everything we needed. The water did drip in the shower. It was located in the perfect place right on the Malecon. We were able to walk everywhere in Esperanza. "
