「Our stay at JM7 was a wonderful beginning of our Cuba adventure. Everyone at JM7 was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. Our bedroom was amazing ~ spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, with AC and great internet. Breakfast on the rooftop was a treat. The location is within walking distance of many great restaurants, the historic center, and the bay. We stayed at 4 other places in Cuba but JM7 was the best. We highly recommend staying at JM7 when you visit Havana.」

「Every thing went smoothly from us arriving after hours and receiving all the needed information from the establishment before hand, to our room key waiting for us. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast is more than you would expect at some hotels...but they serve basically the same thing every morning and that got old by the end of our stay. Wish they had a waffle maker. Was very happy that they offer things like beach chairs, goggles, sunscreen, aloe and hats at no charge. Our room...

「Dianne & Cordell are a absolutely lovely and did everything to make my stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. My room was huge and beautiful, and the view from my patio was magnificent. The pool was perfect. Loved the hot water outdoor shower. The Hacienda is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax in a beautiful setting. Truly a unique experience.」

「I cannot say enough good things about the people. The room was nice and clean and the breakfasts were wonderful but the people were the highlight. We had some weird situations come up personally and Marla and Carlos went out of their way to help us. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Havana!」

「Nice stay with a lovely pool. Cool villa. Location is pretty off but felt safe. We stayed there the night before our fight back home which was perfect for that reason. Friendly staff!」

「The room was clean, spartan and quiet. The only downside was that I had to run the shower water for some time before I got hot water. Otherwise, everything was first class. 」

Les conseils et les facilités de réservation de taxi par le personnel nous ont bien aidés. C'est une grande casa où on se sent bien !」

「Privately own and operated guest house / hotel. Modern and for Cuban standards could pass as upscaled. My room however was very small and much smaller than expected from the property pictures and did not have any windows. It was also very close to the lobby door, so guests returning late and knocking to a door so the staff could let them in, unfortunately where waking me up. Unfortunately unlike a real hotel so in the area with own power generators, this property is not immune to power...
