「My stay was short only for the night but the room was clean the environment quiet, the concierge was very polite, and above all the bed was comfortable.」

「It is my second time staying at bloc hotel apartments and its always a pleasure. The staff are A+ very welcoming i had 2 heavy bags and one of the staff members asked if i needed any help taking bags to my room as i was second floor he went out of his way and it much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and i would recommend friends and family to stay here if they need accommodation when coming from out of towm. A+ staff and stay thank you」

「Staff were super friendly. Room great Lunch club sandwich delicious. Continental breakfast was pretty sparse as items not replenished, asked staff member for hot water for tea, a few other basic items also. Once we’d had those couple there was nothing for the next people… not worth the price for sure. Otherwise really liked the hotel. 」

「Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect! Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! We highly recommended this apartment and would stay again! Thanks so much! 」

「It was a nice room, clean and big. The AC didn’t work in my room so had to change the room. The reception lady brought the cart and just stood there as I had to load all the baggage I had to repack for the move. After the load she just opened one door before the elevator and left. I had to move the cart to a different level to my new room myself, having difficulty opening multiple doors. The first room was so hot I told the reception lady I wasn’t feeling well because of it. 「Location is good for Birmingham and West Midlands excursion. Room is very spacious and clean. Reception staff are friendly and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.」

「Absolutely great stay… called after booking to ask about check in as we were at an event in town and would be there before check in and maybe late back… could not fault the response from Brian and his team… absolutely superb service. Rooms are functional and represented excellent value for money. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely. If you are after a no frills excellent value for money stay with friendly landlord then you won’t go far wrong. 」

「部屋の設備は特に不満はないですが、窓が完全には閉まらなかったのが残念です。偶然深夜に外で大きな声を発する人がいた為、その声で寝付けませんでした。朝食は英国スタイルのビュッフェで品数は多くありませんが美味しかったです。 駅にも近く、買い物や食事にも困らないので全体的には快適に過ごせました。」

「Terrible - no basic facilities such as toilet roll or towels. No response from property when tried to raise issues. Demanded a security deposit before releasing entry details despite having paid in advance of stay. No room in bathroom to stand at sink or sit on toilet. This property is not hotel quality 」
