"The place needs a little TLC but location like walking distance to beach and parking lot made the stay remarkable."

However, I believe the apartment would benefit from some updates and renovations, as certain areas give the impression of wear and tear, which affects its overall appeal. In particular, the refrigerator appeared outdated, and the walls and windows could use some attention. With these improvements, the property could provide an even better guest experience."

"Room was a good location if u want to be right on the public beach. Building was old and dated, felt a little like walking through a prison. Picked a quick Room because of canceled flights. All in all the room was relatively clean and nice view of the ocean. Pool was quiet and roomy, its n ok place if that is all u can afford"

"Pool area still had stuff from previous renters and it was not running the filter so we weren’t able to access the pool but other than that that this was a pretty good place very comfortable and spacious there was complimentary soap towels the manager was very responsive we arrived after check out time and it was a smooth entrance because all information was provided prior to arrival and even after he was very responsive as well"

"The property was nice it looked similar to the photos. With some wear and tear. The view from the balcony was amazing. As far as the location it's wonderful. You're not far from anything. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We could absolutely get over the little things and make the most of our trip. Some things we did not like were that the property is heavily gated and communication was not great prior to getting checked in. We had issues with the garage opener and got no answer via...
