「Perfect location right at entrance to Playa Alambique. Safe property and location. Easy walk to restaurants and stores on Isla Verde strip. Room was clean and had the basic necessities. Beach chairs and cooler were helpful. Only surprise was paying an additional $35 non refundable fee security fee that I didn’t know about till after booking and had to do that through Truvi app separately. 「This was a very over priced, badly maintained apartment in a very poor complex. Ac window units could not keep the entire apartment cool we had to go purchase fans. The window in the bedroom which was a sliding glass door could not close all the way and thus heat and sand was unbearable at times. Sand on and in our bed and covered the entire apartment floor. Getting into the complex was a nightmare and the remote for the gate for parking our car hardly worked. Honestly it’s in a great location...

「Great Stay at Brisa del Mar We had a wonderful stay at Brisa del Mar. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. It was very convenient. If you’re looking for a great place to stay close to everything, I highly recommend Brisa del Mar. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Room was a good location if u want to be right on the public beach. Building was old and dated, felt a little like walking through a prison. Picked a quick Room because of canceled flights. All in all the room was relatively clean and nice view of the ocean. Pool was quiet and roomy, its n ok place if that is all u can afford」

「Location is perfect, close to everything. Building is good and pool too. Apartment needs to be updated. Couple things was not working or in bad condition like the microwave and ceiling fan. Bedroom was ok, but the sleeping couch was in bad condition. Parking is close enough but expensive for a night and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. 」

「Pool area still had stuff from previous renters and it was not running the filter so we weren’t able to access the pool but other than that that this was a pretty good place very comfortable and spacious there was complimentary soap towels the manager was very responsive we arrived after check out time and it was a smooth entrance because all information was provided prior to arrival and even after he was very responsive as well」

「The property was nice it looked similar to the photos. With some wear and tear. The view from the balcony was amazing. As far as the location it's wonderful. You're not far from anything. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We could absolutely get over the little things and make the most of our trip.
