The property was nice it looked similar to the photos. With some wear and tear. The view from the balcony was amazing. As far as the location it's wonderful. You're not far from anything. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We could absolutely get over the little things and make the most of our trip.
Some things we did not like were that the property is heavily gated and communication was not great prior to getting checked in. We had issues with the garage opener and got no answer via chat. We called the front desk and we were told to buy new batteries. After that didn't work they were willing to exchange the opener. We also did not like the fact that you only have one fob so you all have to stick together or you won't be able to get back in. For example if some of my family wanted to have a beach day and some wanted to hang at the pool we had to go back and forth to let each other in and out. I understand having the fob for safety it would just be nice to have spares. The coffee maker was broken unfortunately and we tried to reach out but again got no answer.
