「Being “perfectly located” in Old San Juan means you’re within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, historic sites (forts, plazas, cathedrals), and shops. 「My husband and two daughters and I came to see San Juan for the first time. We enjoyed the walkable area of Old San Juan! This is a wonderful spot to stay. The host was very responsive and gave great recommendations.」

「A piece of Old San Juan character. Location was centric, close to entertainment and restaurants. Walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. 「Friendly and helpful staff; spacious apartment.」

「We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed seeing sea turtles and manatees from the balcony. This was the perfect space for a group of 5. My only complaints are that in my room (821) the shower door didn’t close which made it very messy every time we used the shower. Water every where. Also would have been nice to have trash bags and shampoo/body wash containers fully refilled prior to our arrival. All I wanted to do after a long travel day was shower and to not...

「The studio was great, very cozy, clean, and well-equipped, which made us feel right at home. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Great view to the beach which is also walking distance. The parking lot is easy to get into, you need a key fob to exit and enter the property which made us feel safe. The communication with Yari was excellent, she is a great host. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend. 」

「Im very familiar with ESJ towers having stayed there multiple time in prior years. Isabel's place was very well-cleaned, with amazing view.She had everything you would need. I would say the only small issue was the hvac system located in balcony made it almost impossible to enjoy the outside area. Too bad cause its really is an amazing view from the top floor!」
