「The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed but we had issues with not having water more than once which was outside of management’s control. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have water service issues in the area due to low water pressure. After travels and spending the whole day at the beach we were looking forward to a good shower but there wasn’t enough water even to brush teeth. Staff was responsive via text, however there was nothing they could do.」

「There was sand on the entire floor of the apartment when we got the room( they were super friendly I could have asked them to clean it, but I didn't) and the temperature of the water in the shower would fluctuate from cold to hot it would not stay at one temperature. Like I mentioned before the staff were super friendly check in and check out were smooth. Overall not a bad experience but I will not be staying there again.」

「Very cute hideaway in the heart of old san juan. The internet does not work in Apt 1 (the whole building is concrete and shares one wifi router and it does not reach #1. We didn't really need it though. We only needed it for our last night in PR and my only negative comment is that with a 4pm check out - and no place to drop bags before that it gives you a really late start to exploring the city unencumbered by bags.」
