「Great stay 」

「Our stay was great! Everything was very walkable! We did not rent a car while we were in San Juan, so staying with Otium gave us the opportunity to be close to everything. We were 2 blocks from the beach (2-5 min walk). Ashford Avenue is very lively and there were so many things to do! The food in that area is great. From Italian to traditional Puerto Rican cuisine, Ashford Ave had it all. I felt the apartment space was perfect for our stay. The host provided us with beach towels and chairs so...

「I loved my stay here. I got a small room for my stay on a business trip, nothing fancy but I don't need much- just a place to sleep and shower between business hours. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the location of the property is walking distance to everything I needed, so I saved money on car rentals and got to enjoy the scenery while I walked to and from my destinations. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!」

「Beautiful property right at the edge of busy Old SJ. Close enough that everything was just a short walk, but a little further so you miss most of the street revelers at night. Beds were comfortable, the place was clean and relaxing. The owner was great with answering questions. There is a small 24h patking garage (la Cochera) on the next block. Stop and ask about a spot even if the sign says the garage is full (they found us a spot).」
