"The room was ok. Air conditioner worked well. The bathroom needs upgrading and there was no hot water for showering. I contacted them and was told they were sending someone to fix it and it wasn’t fixed. I left a day early and had to book a hotel elsewhere because I just couldn’t take having to shower in cold water for another day. I contacted them again and asked for compensation and they offered me a discount for my next reservation with them; as if after this experience I would want to...

"Me encantó que es PET friendly. Los empleados muy amables, aunque muy pocos empleados para tanto trabajo. El desayuno muy bueno. La cabaña cómoda, las camas cómodas. El baño tenía cucarachas y el drenaje de la ducha estaba lleno de pelo viejo. Poco alumbrado por la noche y no hay guardia de seguridad ni ningún empleado después de las 8 pm."
