「The staff treated my partner and I so well in our stay we are planning to come back ASAP. Everything was beautiful and well maintained, although, the pool bathroom could use some attention during the day. Everything else was just beautiful and clean. The complimentary breakfast is nice, the backyard spacious and clean. Great for romantic walks especially at night. For hanging around the pool I highly recommend the coconut mojito. The tastiest mojito I have ever had. I will be recommending this...

「Inefficient.
First floor has water pressure issues. Toilet would overflow and needed to wait over 10 minutes for it flush entirely. Imagine that for a family of four.
Went to check out at 7:50 AM and reception only works from 8:00 AM. No problem. But como 8:10 AM, and no one arrived.
Went to restaurant area to get assistance a d was told I had to wait for receptionist. I asked how long, and waitresses responded that I had to wait for receptionist.
Receptionist arrived at 8:25 AM.
