「Hilton Ponce continues to be a great location to relax and enjoy your day with family. The place is currently doing some renovations in the breakfast area of ‘La Terraza ‘ and in the west side thus the unexpected drilling noise early in the morning and through the day can be a bit annoying. Nevertheless their friendly staff do their best to assist you so you can enjoy your stay.」

「I loved the concept and entertainment. Did not leave the permises until my checkout」

「The bathroom shower was full of mold and grime, this particular room was in need of a deep cleaning.」

「Was charged for my stay prematurely without my consent, room was disgusting, amenities were broken and bedding was stained.」

「Everything was amazing」

「Toallas limpias, cama limpia, mal olor y mal estado de los cuartos.Necesitan mejorar apariencia , todo esta en malas condiciones, decoracion fatal , los cuartos lucen sumamente deteriorados y viejos.」

「It was absolutely excellent and I loved every minute of it and the people were very friendly and decent and can speak two languages. I recommend it to everybody. I've been coming here for a very long time and now they feel like family. And the surrounding areas. There's live music. There's karaoke this dancing. They didn't even have a band stand where they play live music. They even have boat rides with little boats or fairies where they go out there at night or during the day all around this...

「Just an FYI, the rooms are very cold which is great but you do need a blanket so there is a $50 deposit on your credit card if you want a blanket get the blanket!」

「Staff members were extremely helpful. Very relaxing place.」
