"Central location and close to restaurants and bars. If you like loud music and bands playing most nights until 3am, this is your place. Our kids didn’t find the sofa bed that comfortable but it was good enough for 3 nights. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and balcony. The only complaint I have is every time someone showers the bathroom floor would be super wet. The shower door wasn’t well designed. We would hang dry the bath mat every day. "Room was clean. Had a slow running sink but the property manager fixed it on a timely basis (easy to reach via Whatsapp). The roof-top mini-infinity pool was a nice touch. The property was on the hill side, so on the roof top while soaking in the pool, you get a great panoramic view of Sayulita. The property was away from the hustle-and-bustle of the main tourist center, yet several restaurants/taquerias/bars/grocery stores/pharmacies are within walking distance. The Kapital bank is within walking distance as well (the safest ATMs around). For surfers, the walk to the beach is about 10 to 15 minutes - not super convenient in that regard, but it was a reasonable trade-off for me between quiet/nice neighborhood vs quick beach access."
