"Loved this place and the proximity to the beach. Beautiful cozy room so well done very neat. Would offer a suggestion to keep some basic cooking essentials like oil sugar salt tea coffee. It would have been absolutely perfect with this."

"I liked the rooftop yoga. Although I did not cook the kitchen was well stocked. Quiet street, close to the beach and the market. Staff helped with the tour plans. The restaurant had delicious beverages. The pool needs some updating but perfect for my family. The balcony was great watching the thunder storms."

"Wonderful stay at Villas del Rio! It was perfect for our small family with teen. Great dipping pool, we loved the convenient location right by the main beach for surf and fishing and also right by the plaza and great restaurants! The only thing missing that would be a great addition would be a microwave. We fully enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed in the unit on the top floor. It has an awesome view of the town and ocean. The unit is very comfortable. The hosts are absolutely awesome. Very nice and helpful couple. The best thing is THE LOCATION. You are half a block from the plaza and the heart of Sayulita. Things to keep in mind if renting here. The half a block walk is a pretty steep uphill. And there are plenty of stairs to get to the third floor. This is how it gets it's view.Also, the bathroom is open to the elements, with a curtain for privacy in the shower. Some people may not be into that. The kitchen is also a bit outdated. We ate out all the time, so that wasn't an issue for us.Overall, we were very happy with our stay in Sayulita and would recommend this property. "
