We stayed 9 nights at Nuiya over Christmas. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The property - grounds, pool and rooms are super clean and well maintained. Great location, a short walk to the beach and into town. Look forward to coming back next year!

Super cute property. You can tell the owner takes pride in his property. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Close to town but far enough away that it's quieter. Many options for meals very close by, as well as small stores for snacks and drinks. Bus station a few steps away. It was a very nice stay.

Great hotel in perfect location

Adorable hotel on the main street but it is not noisy. We were in the back section with a view of the cute courtyard and a very comfortable deck. Paulina provided outstanding service making our check in a breeze. Shared kitchen was much appreciated for storing some leftovers from dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful and well maintained place

Located few minutes away of the busy center, surrounded by local shops, this place is very nice and well maintained, the concept of sleeping in a container is good but space is limited. The description of the beds was misleading since it’s not a queen + twin, and you can’t sleep a kid taller than 5.2ft on the futon. Other than that staff is friendly and let us use the pool after checkout when we came back from our hike. Very peaceful place to spend few days.

Good location, much quieter because it's a short walk from all the hustle and bustle. Property was a bit overpriced for the conditions of the room. Needs a deep clean with a little bit of caulking retouched in the bathroom area. The friendliness of the receptionists made all the difference staying here along with their great recommendations. Hotel is right beside the bus station and hospital if you should need to use it at any point. Booking an Uber to san pancho or puerto Vallarta is really convenient from this location. All in all would my partner and I stay here again ? Most likely, with those small changes mentioned above.

Far from spotless. Maid paid little attention to detail. Never swept under the bed , forgot toilet paper, dam3 spilled coffee for days on the counter. Edwin was wonderful everyday. The noise was unbearable each night from the sports bar each night. Wore expensive earplugs bu the the noise was defeafing.i have never used Expedia before and I fell i was not presented a true picture of the property. Quite a let down in terms of any peace and quiet. Even during the days the screaming TVs at the bar were exhausting.

The property was a great place to stay, but we noticed on the weekends Saturday mainly, the bar behind plays very loud music until late at night and made sleeping a bit difficult. Other than that was good!
