「Muy buen lugar. La habitación que teníamos si es pequeña pero justas para 4 personas. La Limpieza y los servicios muy bien. Y la ubicación en relación a la playa muy bien. Sin duda volvería a ir y lo recomiendo ampliamente」

「La habitación que nos dieron estaba junto a la cocina, la alberca, el comedor… el lugar más ruidoso que pudieron encontrar, en mi reservación decía que entraba a las 2pm pero no los dejaron entrar hasta que fueran las 3pm, sin estacionamiento.. a las 6:45am pusieron música súper fuerte.. el lugar más caro, la habitación más pequeña y con un ruido tan fuerte que fue la peor opción para descansar. La atención de la recepción buena.」

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. 」

「La cocina totalmente equipada excelente Es un chapoteadero con una tina en la terraza del lugar, está limpia solo que tiene cristales como barda y están muy opacos lo que no permite disfrutar la vista a la playa La habitación que me asignaron en planta baja con el ruido de la bomba de agua era muy molesta para conciliar el sueño , en limpieza y camas 10」

「Rooms were not cleaned once during our five day stay. I had requested a lower floor due to disabilities and was put on the 4th floor, no elevators. When questioned the staff replied that requests are suggestions only, they don't have to accomodate, and wouldn't. Parking was extremely limited, our car was blocked in and we did not have access to it for the first 3 days there. I would not recommend this hotel」

「El lugar tiene una vista preciosa en dirección a la playa de Guayabitos. Los temas que podrían mejorar son: 1. El acceso: yo fui el fin de semana de pascua y estaban arreglando, para acceder estaba muy complicado porque si no era en auto, tenías que caminar bastante. La sugerencia es que pregunten por dónde pueden entrar, porque cuando llegue, la entrada principal estaba cerrada y debíamos rodear; aunado a que como están arreglando, los taxis ya no quieren ir para allá porque los autos se...
