"Very clean especially for beach area where sand can be an issue. Walkable through center of town to beach at 15 minutes with good places to eat and not overally saturated with tourism. Host very easy to get a hold of. The pool is a nice touch and we would hose off sand before getting in but nice feel before going to bed. in"

While there was parking out front, WiFi, AC, and hot water, and the living room is spacious, the kitchen and main bathroom were in disrepair and not clean. "The property lacks air conditioning. Seeing how hot it gets there. The column area need air conditioning. The lounge chairs on the beach are extremely dirty and there trash everywhere. I asked several different employees to clean and the never did. I had issues with my shower head it kept shutting down. The blue towels the loan you do the beach - people would take them from the lounge chairs then the hotel wants to bill you for them. The food was not up to expectations. I was expecting real homemade Mexican food. The ladies in the reception area had an attitude when I approached them with issues. Safe to say that I will never be returning to that hotel. The beach water is not Cretan Clear like Cabo. I was saddened"
