The staff team was excellent especially the activitiy team.all the planned activities and how fun they made them. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was wonderful. For my first trip to Mexico I would certainly go back to this resort

Staff was great, drinks were good, rooms clean, buffet was way above normal. They had sea food Saturday, prime rib on Sunday. Loved it all. Just missed having a swim up bar but that was ok.

There was plenty of food choices. We liked the specialty restaurants. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The place was kept clean, and there was activities around the pool area all day, plus entertainment every night. We liked how the resort was next to the beach. We would highly recommend staying at the Occidental Nuevo Vallarta.

They have amazing staff… the entertainment staff namely Ricardo, Eva, are so talented the pool staff specially Ninive are amazing and the service staff at the La Buffet are accommodating forget their names but they are so friendly and respectful

The entire resort was immaculate. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. They gave me a beautiful cake for my 75th birthday! The food was excellent and we had proffesional shows on stagd every night, in addition to all the other activities. The beach was incredible and so clean!
