Was an amazing time!!!

All ways great apart from the mattress which seemed to have a bit of a dent where people sit on the edge of the bed. Channel 4 was missing in the tv channels.

Stylish central hotel, well connected to public transport links and walkable to Westminster and the London Eye. We loved it!

average property, nothing outstanding but nothing horrible or discouraging either.

Overall good location and decent rooms. The room that we got however seemed a little old and some lines on the walls etc. good but for the price I would say a little steep.

Staff were awesome very helpful. Great location and minutes from subway and walkable. Room was nice and spacious. Coffee shops for breakfast very convenient.

The room we were given was filthy. I spent 30 minutes wiping down the bench, desk, coffee table, leather couch and stains on walls. There were crumbs in crevices of coffee table. Behind the desk was layers of dust. Immediately when you walk in there were multiple dried splatter marks on the wall. Your guests should not have to disinfect the room upon checking in?!
