This hotel is in a very safe area with coffee shops and healthy quick bite options directly across the street. Staff were excellent and when we needed some emergency paper work printed, they were very helpful and printed off the necessary papers for us. I will stay here again in the future.

The hotel is beautifully appointed and clean with gorgeous views of the river and the city. The cocktail lounge offered delicious, creative cocktails and snacks. Everything we had in the restaurant was delicious. The staff was excellent. From the doorman to the servers to guest engagement executives Amian and William, everything needed to make our stay exceptional was provided. An excellent hotel. We highly recommend.

I stay here reguarly, it is very well located amd the staff are aleays very helpful. My one crtiscism is that the carpets are generally stained and could do with replacing.

We walked to the subway every day. There are a lot of restaurants along the way. Rental bikes are also available just outside the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is very nice, with an above average selection of items. The staff was very helpful dealing with our delayed luggage, and providing directions and recommendations.

Stylish central hotel, well connected to public transport links and walkable to Westminster and the London Eye. We loved it!
