Dear Hilton London Tower Bridge, my partner and I had the pleasure of staying at your wonderful hotel on Friday 06/02/26. This was a rare night away for us, without the kids, and we had the perfect stay. I want to give a special 'thank you' to Aneta who checked us in. She was absolutely wonderful, even at the late hour in which we arrived. She gave us a very warm welcome and helped make a great day, even more special. If you have any internal-Hilton recognition schemes, that aim to appreciate team members who go the extra mile, I would encourage you to consider Aneta. She deserves it! Room was spotless, bed was giant and comfy, the hairdryer is powerful, toiletries were lovely.
The TV didn't work very well, the shower was quite cold one of our days and the room could do with some glasses for water.
Overall we had a fantastic stay.

This hotel is starting to feel really grimy. I’ve stayed a few times and often get upgraded- this time I didn’t and the room had a really strong mould smell coming from the bathroom and was generally quite dirty. The steam room was the same and I woke up feeling ill.
