「Really easy to get to from the Station. Welcoming staff. Personally found the room really dark, particularly the bathroom area. I'm sure that's just a personal view and some people will like it. Also found the music too loud in the bar area so I couldn't concentrate when trying to work. 」

「Stayed at The Black Swan for an overnight trip. Location excellent, lovely walks from the door. Took our dog, were provided with a room close to an outside door which was great. Room very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Quiet room. Staff at the hotel were lovely and made us feel welcome. Lovely sunny beer garden which we sat in and enjoyed our evening meal with drinks. Parking was tight and limited but again we were lucky to have got a space when we arrived. 「An excellent stay, great location overlooking the North Bay, but a short walk via the church to the South Bay. A lovely clean, bright and recently decorated hotel. Friendly and efficient staff and an excellent, well cooked breakfast. We would definitely return. 」

「サービスが最悪。素人の寄り集まりのような接客でした。チェックアウト前に周辺の写真を撮りに出かけ、チェックアウト時間2分過ぎたところで戻ったら、荷物が全てフロントに移動されていた。スーツケースに入れていないものは全て同じビニール袋の中に入れられていたため、靴も服もごちゃごちゃ。本当に最悪の気分になりました。二度と宿泊しません。」

「The basic amenities, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, were missing from my room. When I inquired about them, the staff informed me that they typically do not provide these items, but they would make an exception for me if I came to the reception to collect them. The same issue occurred with the table fan; it was dirty, and I had to transport it myself to my room.」
