The staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were a decent size and quiet despite being in the centre. The breakfast was good and self service. I prefer fresh coffee brought to the table rather than a machine but that is a minor point really. We had a lovely stay to see a concert nearby. It was a ten min walk to the First Direct Arena. We arrived very early , not expecting to be able to check in but the reception staff checked and as our room was ready , allowed us into our room The room was fresh and clean, well stocked with water, tea and coffee We had breakfast the following day which was excellent Any staff we met were polite, friendly and courteous
