"This is very good hotel in an iconic building. Perfectly located to explore the city. The service was excellent, the concierge & bell team in particular were attentive & very helpful. In two weeks in China our favourite hotel. Recommended."

"Overall a nice stay. Brand new well maintained hotel. Great design, very good breakfast, nice staff. BUT: strong cigarette smell coming in though the air-condition all night. Horrible!"

"We stayed in a suite and it was a grand room. The hotel is pretty central and walking distance from most touristy spots. It has its own beautiful campus with 5 other 5 star hotels along with beautiful gardens around. The buildings really look grand and from an different era. Our room was comfortable, spacious and with good amenities and comforts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended while in Xian."
