"I stayed here for two times just for concerts, as they located walking distance from Allegiant Stadium. I would say this place would be okay if you need 1-2 night just to crash there. But if you are looking a decent and clean place, this is not the one. The building is very old with cracks, the bathroom isn’t clean, and smoking odor. The air conditioner isn’t good - you can’t turn off cuz it’s hot and turn on cuz it’s so cold. We couldn’t adjust the fan mode to be normal. We also saw cockroach in the bathroom. So if you are a very clean person, avoid this place."
