"The rooms and property were clean and staff was nice"

"This is our 4th and best time at Dreams Tulum. The preferred club was well worth every penny. Manuel was incredible from the check in where we were whisked into a private lounge where we could eat and drink while checking in, no waiting. We wanted a quieter room and were able to move even thought the hotel was sold out, thank you Manuel and Victoria. Everything stood out, but Geyslor at the beach preferred club is very special, personable, warm and professional. We got a bed on the beach one of the days and enjoyed relaxing and being taken care of by staff. Even though the club was sold out there was no waiting, enough chairs and didn't feel crowded at pools or beach. I had teenagers with me and they enjoyed their time as much as we did. Also visited a couple cenotes and Tulum city which is 15 minutes away. Enjoy!"

"The room, service and atmosphere were all fantastic! The location is great too. They are across the street from a convenience store for beers, tequila or other requirements. All the staff from the front desk, to waiters to security were all fantastic and happy to see us. The food was absolutely amazing and above expectations. 10/10. We will stay here every year going forward. "
