"Pros: Very cozy dome, good AC, private bathrooms, good furnishings, very cute property, free local cenote was a highlight, quietCons: Wifi works sporadically and isn't strong when it connects (we couldn't rely on it even for WhatsApp, which made coordinating reservations a challenge), the property looks nice but the fountains empty into long troughs of standing water so the mosquitoes were TERRIBLE (far worse than even walking in the jungle that surrounds the area, and so bad that nobody ever...

"A Perfect, Serene Escape: A Review of Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya If you are looking for a true sanctuary to disconnect, unwind, and completely reset, the Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya is an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, the entire resort exuded an incredible sense of calm and privacy. Even though it's a world-class property, it beautifully avoids that crowded, chaotic mega-resort feel. In fact, it often felt like we had the entire place to ourselves—a rare and luxurious experience that made our stay feel entirely exclusive. The Highlights of Our Stay World-Class Hospitality: The staff here are truly amazing. Every single team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive, and deeply committed to making our time excellent. Their warmth and hospitality elevated the entire trip. The Spa (A Absolute Must!): Do not skip the spa services! The spa is an architectural and wellness masterpiece. Booking a treatment here is a non-negotiable part of the experience if you want to lean into full relaxation. Delicious, Intentional Dining: The culinary experience was fantastic. Every meal felt thoughtful and high-quality, with food that genuinely tasted like it was prepared with love. The Verdict: If your goal is to trade the noise of daily life for peaceful, private luxury, top-tier service, and incredible food, this resort delivers flawlessly. We left feeling entirely restored and cannot recommend it enough."

"My wife and I stayed at the Milam for our honeymoon. The resort is a sight to see, upon arrival we checked in and was greeted by the hostess. The hostess escorted us to our villa in which we were greeted by a gentleman with drinks. Once inside the villa there were rose petals and candles lit per our request and a bucket of ice and champagne. There is an indoor pool, and a king size bed. There is a beautiful outdoor shower and an area for luggage and shoes. This area also includes a safe. The pool was a nice size and was very clean, over time of using it, there was a fine skim over the top, this was after day five however, which I assume was from our body oils, lotions. The main pool area was always clean and had clean pool towels, the pool itself had a self cleaner that did not seem to be doing much by itself. I would recommend having an actual pool person assist with the things the self cleaner misses. The staff was nice and friendly, the resort is pretty quiet and peaceful, there is a bar by the outdoor pool that has an option for swimming or walking to access it. The bar area was the only area on the resort with a tv."

Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

"This resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Jose, who was our waiter on several occasions, always provided warm, attentive, and exceptional service that made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and our favorite dining experience was at the Hibachi restaurant. The chef was entertaining, engaging, and made the meal a lot of fun for both the adults and the kids. There are just a few things I hope the resort considers improving in the future. The Kids Club family time is scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., which is the hottest part of the day. It might be more enjoyable for families if it were offered earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon. The buffet also closes from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. while transitioning between menus, which isn't ideal for families with younger children who may need to eat during that time. Lastly, the rooms felt a bit warm during the hottest part of the day, even with the thermostat set to 23°C. Overall, our family had a wonderful vacation. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."
